Lynda Madera Vaillant

Practice

Ms. Vaillant practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, finance, securities regulation and corporate governance representing both public and private companies.

Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Vaillant was a corporate associate practicing in the New York City office of Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Education

Ms. Vaillant is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of Articles for the Family Court Review. She graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a B.S. in business, concentrating in finance and international business, with a minor in psychology.

Accomplishments

Ms. Vaillant is the Co-Chair of the Career Services Alumni Committee of Hofstra Law School and was awarded as Outstanding Women in Law – Emerging Leader by Hofstra Law School in 2017.
