Our firm has extensive experience representing contractors and subcontractors in a variety of matters, including drafting of contracts and counseling on litigation avoidance. We also provide representation in federal and state courts as well as alternative dispute resolution forums in connection with litigation or claims arising out of the construction process, including breach of contract claims and mechanic’s lien claims.
