Export Control
We counsel clients on various aspects of export control and trade regulation matters. We can advise domestic exporters about technology transfer issues, compliance and licensing matters and aid in developing, preparing, implementing and testing internal control and export/import compliance policies and programs.
Our experience allows us to assist our clients in obtaining requisite registrations and approvals for licenses and agreements under the Export Administration Regulations and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. We also have worked closely with U. S. companies in connection with the preparation for, and conduct of, ITAR compliance audits and relevant transactional due diligence.
