Ms. Godman practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, finance, securities regulation and corporate governance.
Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Godman practiced with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Haythe & Curley (now known as Torys LLP), and Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP.
Education
Ms. Godman is a graduate of New York University School of Law. She graduated with distinction from Cornell University with a B.S. in Economics. At Cornell University, Ms. Godman was a Presidential Scholar and a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
