Mr. Wactlar represents and counsels our publicly held and private corporate and entrepreneurial clients in connection with the business and transactional aspects of, and any litigation matters involving, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance; government regulatory compliance; corporate finance; intellectual property; real estate; government and commercial contracts; and environmental law.

Experience

Prior to rejoining Moomjian, Waite & Coleman, LLP as counsel, Mr. Wactlar was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Aeroflex Holding Corp., a New York company with a significant international presence. Prior thereto, Mr. Wactlar has been a partner in several firms, including Goldman, Cooperman & Levitt, Blau, Kramer, Wactlar & Lieberman, PC, Kramer, Coleman, Wactlar & Lieberman, PC, and Moomjian, Waite, Wactlar & Coleman, LLP.

Education

Mr. Wactlar is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law where he was an editor of the Syracuse Law Review, a member of the Justinian Honorary Law Society and a recipient of the Prentice-Hall Award for Excellence in Federal Tax Studies and several American Jurisprudence Awards. After graduation, Mr. Wactlar served for one year as a confidential law clerk for the Justices of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Third Department.
