Lynda Madera Vaillant

Practice

Ms. Vaillant practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, finance, securities regulation and corporate governance representing both public and private companies.

Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Vaillant was a corporate associate practicing in the New York City office of Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Education

Ms. Vaillant is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of Articles for the Family Court Review and Vice President of the Latino/a American Law Students Association (LALSA). She graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a B.S. in business, concentrating in finance and international business, with a minor in psychology.

Accomplishments

Ms. Vaillant has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for 2018-2021 and was awarded as Outstanding Women in Law—Emerging Leader by Hofstra Law School in 2017.

Professional Activities

Ms. Vaillant is a Co-Chair of the Alumni Committee for Hofstra University School of Law.
