Experience
Previously, Mr. Goodman was the General Counsel of P&F Industries, Inc., a publicly traded company, after serving as Assistant General Counsel at OSG Ship Management, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Goodman practiced with several New York law firms, including Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
Education
Mr. Goodman graduated cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and an editor of the Fordham Law Review. Prior to that, he graduated from Cornell University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a concentration in International Relations.
