Richard B. Goodman practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, finance, securities regulation such as SEC and Stock Exchange matters, corporate governance and business law.
Experience
Previously, Mr. Goodman was the General Counsel of P&F Industries, Inc., a publicly traded company, after serving as Assistant General Counsel at OSG Ship Management, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Goodman practiced with several New York law firms, including Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
Education
Mr. Goodman graduated cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and an editor of the Fordham Law Review. Prior to that, he graduated from Cornell University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a concentration in International Relations.
